How do I get started?
Create your account, set up your club with its venues, courts and opening hours, add your rates and open bookings. You get 30 days of the Club plan to try everything, no card needed.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
No. PadelSuite only charges your plan's monthly fee: 0% booking commission. What your players pay is yours.
Which payment gateway do I use? Do my players pay in the app?
You connect your own Paymentez account (Datafast and Deuna are coming soon) and the money goes straight to you; PadelSuite never touches it. Without a gateway, you collect at the front desk: cash, bank transfer with proof of payment, or card terminal.
How does the live scoreboard work?
One or more phones on the court keep the score in sync and call it out loud; the club's screen shows it at the same time. When the match ends, the opponents confirm the result and the ranking updates itself. It arrives in the coming weeks.
Can I have several venues or my own domain?
Yes. Each plan states how many venues and courts it includes, and one account reaches all of its clubs. Your booking site works on a PadelSuite subdomain on every plan, and on your own domain from the Pro plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
You get 30 days with everything in the Club plan and no card. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before it ends. If you do not pick a plan, the club is paused until you do: nothing is deleted and, once you pay, everything is back as it was.
How do I pay? Is there an invoice?
You pay by card from the dashboard, monthly or yearly (yearly gives you 2 months free). Prices are in US dollars, VAT included. You get a printable receipt for every payment; electronic invoicing comes later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the dashboard, no calls needed. Your club stays open until the end of the period you paid for and your data is not deleted: if you come back, everything is where you left it.
