Does the club need to use PadelSuite?
No. Your space is yours: you keep your students, schedule and payments even if the club uses another system. If the club uses PadelSuite, the classes you teach there also land in your schedule.
I teach at several clubs. How do I keep track?
In a single schedule. Every class carries its club and court: you see your whole week and what you are owed at each place.
What does my student see?
Their classes, their assessments with the skills radar, their improvement goals and the material you share, on their phone.
How do I get paid for my classes?
Single classes, packs or a monthly fee, in cash, by bank transfer or online. You see who paid and who still owes you, without keeping score by hand.
What about my commission when I teach at a club?
If the club uses PadelSuite, every class you teach adds to your payout at the agreed commission, and you decide whether you charge VAT. Nobody does the math in a notebook.
